COVID-19 Update - May 21, 2020 - Judson Center

COVID-19 Update – May 21, 2020

May 21, 2020

Dear Families and Friends,

We are near the end of our journey of the stay home stay safer order, set to expire at the end of the day on Thursday, May 28.  While we understand there is still a possibility that date may change, we are working towards a full, safe and healthy opening of all Judson Center locations on May 29 unless directed otherwise by Governor Whitmer.

The Judson Center team has been meeting each day for the past two months to plan for our re-opening. As we told you in a letter earlier this month, we have many safeguards planned that will allow us to not only meet but exceed the health standards required by law. Our primary goal is to provide the highest level of service to Judson Center families while keeping everyone safe and healthy. From social distancing, mandatory masks, temperature taking and regular hand-washing, you have the commitment of each and every Judson Center and Child Safe Michigan employee to serve you fully and safely.

Until May 29, we remain available to assist you in the new or limited ways that we adopted during the challenges of COVID-19 to offer essential services as allowed by the Governor. This includes meeting your needs for support through phone, email and video conferencing.  For primary health care, we offer both in-person care at Judson Center Family Health in Warren or telehealth virtual appointments. The telehealth option will continue even after May 29 as a safe and effective option for receiving a primary care consultation, should you prefer. The doctor can determine if an in-person visit is required after the telehealth visit.

Below is a listing and link to all Judson Center services. For returning families, expect to be contacted by the individual departments that serve you prior to May 28. For those new to Judson Center, welcome!

Thank you for entrusting Judson Center with your family’s specialized needs.
