Judson Family Health is a practice that provides both primary care and behavioral health care. We specialize in helping individuals achieve both optimal mental and physical health by working together with our primary care physician and therapists – all in one place. We are also experienced in treating children with an autism spectrum disorder and childhood trauma.

We are seeing patients Monday thru Friday from 8:30am and also on Saturdays from 8:30am. Just call 586.573.1810 to get up to date information.
What if I have a cough and want to talk with a primary care provider after hours?
Simply call 586.573.1810 and follow the simple directions. You will be connected to a primary care provider who will help you.
How can I schedule my visit with a primary care provider and/or with a Behavioral Health Specialist?
Simply visit our website: www.judsoncenterfamilyhealth.org to schedule an appointment that fits your schedule. In case you have an urgent matter, we will try to accommodate you on the same day.
What is a family nurse practitioner?
A family nurse practitioner is a registered nurse who holds a Masters’ degree in nursing and has had special training.
What if I need attention from a specialty doctor?
If you need care from a specialist, we will work closely with you to provide a referral to the appropriate specialist and coordinate care.
