Judson Center Family Health is a practice that provides both primary care and behavioral health care. We specialize in helping individuals achieve both optimal mental and physical health by working together with our primary care physician and therapists – all in one place. We are also experienced in treating children with an autism spectrum disorder and childhood trauma.

How can I schedule my visit with a primary care provider and/or with a Behavioral Health Specialist?

What is a family nurse practitioner?
A family nurse practitioner is a registered nurse who holds a Masters’ degree in nursing and has had special training.
What if I need attention from a specialty doctor?
If you need care from a specialist, we will work closely with you to provide a referral to the appropriate specialist and coordinate care.
