All services at Autism Connections begin with an intake appointment, which allows an Autism Specialist to meet with both the parents and the client. During this appointment, the Autism Specialist will interact with the client and meet with the parents to find the best matched service for every client.

Family Resource and Referral Plan

$200 (Includes Follow-Up Appointment)

 

This intake appointment involves an interview with both the family and the child. These plans are family-centered, and individually designed, and they are created with the individual's unique needs in mind. Each plan is tailored to the needs of not only the individual, but to the needs of the family as well. A written report of the team's recommendations and referrals for your family will be discussed with you at a follow-up visit. Services such as school advocacy, respite care, financial aid, sibling therapy, biomedical interventions and more will be discussed. Recommendations may be specific services that can be offered either at Judson or via our community partners, books to read, people to call, support groups or workshops to attend, and more.

 

Cost includes an interview with the parents and an assessment with the child concurrently, a written report with recommendations and resources, and a follow up consultation appointment.
