Judson Center's Outpatient Mental Health is a traditional therapy program providing high-quality, strengths-based services which promote change for individuals and families. Counseling Services are provided by master's level therapists who provide outpatient therapeutic counseling services to individuals and families seeking assistance in working through tough issues such as depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and substance abuse. The therapeutic staff use advanced and innovative evidence-based practice treatment, such as Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
